Wei Congyu, male, born in October 1952, is a native of Wuhu, Anhui Province, and a director of the Beijing International Celebrity Painting and Calligraphy Institute. He enlisted in the army in January 1969 and engaged in news reporting in a certain unit of the Beijing Military Region, and returned to his local area after being discharged from the army in 1976.
