The school-enterprise matchmaking meeting was held to build a talent attraction platform for cultural and tourism enterprises in Shibei District through the joint promotion of "government, school and enterprise", and to provide new opportunities for college students to work and start a business through the way of cultural and tourism enterprises entering the campus. Liu Shandong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Tourism and Geographical Sciences of Qingdao University, introduced the development of the college and the talent training of the school, Zhang Wei, director of the Shibei District Culture and Tourism Bureau, introduced the development of cultural tourism and key cultural tourism enterprises in Shibei District, and Chen Shuo, deputy director of the Public Employment and Service Center of Shibei District, introduced the talent environment and talent policy of Shibei District. At the meeting, 7 main enterprises in the cultural and creative industry chain, including CITS (Qingdao), Future Prospects, and All Things Lovely, signed an internship base agreement with the School of Tourism and Geographical Sciences of Qingdao University to jointly provide service guarantee for students' employment and internship. The School of Tourism and Geographical Sciences of Qingdao University issued a letter of appointment to the relevant persons in charge of 7 enterprises, including Caesars Bay Destination Operation Company, as an "off-campus employment guidance teacher". In this matchmaking meeting, the three parties of "government, school and enterprise" conducted face-to-face discussions and exchanges on cooperation to promote talent training, cultural and tourism enterprise cooperation, student internship and employment, etc., and the three parties jointly opened a beneficial exploration of a new model of talent recruitment and intelligence introduction.

At the scene, 14 companies, including Qingdao Wanwu Lovely Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Huanyou International Travel Service Co., Ltd., carried out zero-distance recruitment, and launched more than 300 job requirements, including new media entertainment operations, hotel services, tourism services, cultural and creative specialists, etc., which not only enhanced students' understanding of the cultural tourism market, but also shortened the communication cost between enterprises and talents, and improved the efficiency of talent introduction for cultural and tourism enterprises.
Since the beginning of this year, Shibei District and Qingdao University have actively cooperated, deeply docked, actively planned school-enterprise cooperation, reached a consensus on talent recruitment, cruise tourism, tourism promotion and many other aspects, opened up a new position for talent recruitment, and helped the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in the district.
