The District Disabled Persons' Federation distributes fire-fighting equipment to families with disabilities

Recently, the District Disabled Persons' Federation carried out a publicity campaign to bring fire safety knowledge into families, and distributed household fire extinguishers, autonomous breathing apparatus, fire blankets, gas leakage alarms and other household fire-fighting equipment to 502 disabled families.

These fire extinguishers are provided free of charge by the fire station for people in difficulty in the jurisdiction, so as to bring greater harm to these special families in the event of fire prevention and disaster. The staff distributed reasonably according to the actual situation of the disabled in the district, and the full-time firefighters in the district also patiently and meticulously guided everyone to correctly use fire extinguishers, breathing apparatus, and fire blankets, and explained in detail the daily fire prevention precautions and the essentials of safe escape from the fire scene.

The free donation of fire-fighting equipment not only reflects the society's concern for the disadvantaged groups, but also more effectively publicizes the fire protection knowledge with the help of the fire extinguisher, and enhances the fire safety awareness of the disadvantaged groups.
