04Regional control
During the event, from May 1 to May 5, 2024, the relevant areas will be controlled in a timely manner:
(1) Five Avenue area:
1. Demarcate the area enclosed by Changsha Road-Chengdu Road-Hunan Road-Chongqing Road-Hebei Road-Dali Road-Guilin Road-Chengdu Road as the control area (including Hengyang Road and Changde Road). During the event, the control area will be controlled from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, and motor vehicles will be strictly prohibited, and temporary control measures will be taken according to the real-time passenger flow (licensed vehicles and special security vehicles in the area will be parked at the specified location and enter and exit within a limited time).
2. According to the flow of tourists, timely flow restriction control measures shall be taken for the lawn area of the inner field of the private garden.
3. During the event, it is forbidden to operate passenger vehicles such as modified tricycles and sightseeing vehicles without permission, mobile vendors, hydrogen balloons, and liquefied gas tank vendors are prohibited from entering the whole area of Wudao, and collapsible campers and other non-motorized vehicles (except for residents and staff in the area) are prohibited from entering the control area.
(2) Chifeng Road porcelain house area:
According to the flow of tourists, Chifeng Road (Xinhua Road-Heping Road) will be closed in a timely manner. Vehicles are forbidden to enter, tourists enter the porcelain house along the sidewalks on both sides of Chifeng Road in the forward direction, when the passenger flow of Chifeng Road tends to be saturated, the Chifeng Road will be closed and cut off, and tourists can enter the porcelain house from Xinhua Road, Harbin Road, Liaoning Road and Chifeng Road.
(3) Jinwan Plaza area
According to the flow of tourists, timely control measures are taken for the Jiefang Bridge, tourists enter Hedong District and Hebei District from the west side of Jiefang Bridge (near the side of Tianjin Eye), and enter Heping District from the east side of Jiefang Bridge (near the side of Tianjin Railway Station), forming a one-way circulation; tourists walk along the east side of Jiefang North Road and enter Jinwan Square from the intersection of Binjiang Road and Hejiang Road.
At the same time, during the control period, pedestrian traffic and tourist tours must obey the command and guidance of the on-site public security department and relevant staff. In the above control areas, it is forbidden to modify tricycles, sightseeing vehicles and other unauthorized passenger vehicles, mobile vendors, hydrogen balloons, and liquefied gas tank vendors to enter.
05Traffic control
From May 1 to May 5, 2024, the public security traffic management department will implement traffic control measures on relevant roads:
(1) Road traffic control measures in the Five Avenue area
Chongqing Road (Hebei Road to Guilin Road), Dali Road (Hebei Road to Guilin Road), Changde Road (Guilin Road to Hengyang Road), Changsha Road (Chengdu Road to Chongqing Road), Hunan Road (Chongqing Road to Chengdu Road), Hengyang Road, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, motor vehicles are prohibited from passing and parking (including road parking spaces).
Hebei Road (Chengdu Road to Racecourse Road) will take traffic control measures to prohibit motor vehicles from south to north (Racecourse Road to Chengdu Road) or prohibit motor vehicles in both directions according to the traffic flow situation.
Xinhua Road (Racecourse Road to Chengdu Road) cooperates with Hebei Road control measures according to the traffic situation, and takes traffic control measures to prohibit motor vehicles from north to south (Nanjing Road to Racecourse Road) in a timely manner.
Chongqing Road (Xinhua Road to Hebei Road), Dali Road (Xinhua Road to Hebei Road), and Nanhai Road (Chongqing Road to Luoyang Road) will take traffic control measures to prohibit motor vehicles in a timely manner according to the traffic flow situation.
(2) Traffic control measures for Jinjie Pedestrian Street and surrounding roads
Chifeng Road (Dagu North Road to Xinhua Road), Chengde Road (Dagu North Road to Heping Road), and Xinhua Road (Yingkou Road to Chifeng Road) will take traffic control measures to prohibit motor vehicles from passing through in a timely manner according to the traffic flow situation.
(3) Traffic control measures for Jinwan Square and surrounding roads
Binjiang Road (Jiefang North Road to Hejiang Road), Harbin Road (Jiefang North Road to Hejiang Road), Zhangzizhong Road (Duolun Road to Chifeng Road), and Jiefang North Road (Baoding Road to Zhangzizhong Road) will take traffic control measures to prohibit motor vehicles in a timely manner according to the traffic flow situation. At the intersection of Dagu North Road and Harbin Road, traffic control measures will be taken in a timely manner according to the traffic flow situation.

(2) The forbidden parking range around the porcelain house on Chifeng Road:
Heping Road, Yingkou Road (inside), Shaanxi Road, Changchun Road (inside) enclosed area.
Temporary parking spots: around Bohai Building, the intersection of Chengde Road and Xinhua Road, the intersection of Shanxi Road and Yingkou Road, and Yew Wah Middle School.
(3) Prohibited parking range around Jinwan Plaza:
Zhangzizhong Road, Chifeng Road, Dagu North Road enclosed area.
