Recently, a carport in a small area of Saihan District, Hohhot City caught fire, and more than a dozen electric bicycles were damaged due to the fire. One of the people inside the fire was a hearing-impaired person who could not communicate with the investigator who caused the fire. In order to restore the truth and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people, the Saihan District Fire and Rescue Brigade immediately hired Mr. Wang, a sign language teacher from the Hohhot Special Education College in Inner Mongolia, to assist in the fire investigation.
