On April 26, Longting District held a three-year action deployment meeting for tackling the root causes of production safety in the district and the second quarter plenary meeting of the District Safety Committee. District Mayor Chen Jiahui attended the meeting and delivered a speech, district leaders Zhang Hai, Zhang Yonggang, Liu Weihua, Wang Fenglai, Sun Wenchao attended the meeting, and the main responsible comrades of the township offices and member units of the District Safety Committee attended the meeting.
The meeting required that, first, we should anchor the target and consolidate the responsibility, implement the "ten major actions" and 36 specific measures, comprehensively consolidate the responsibility, and deepen the actions in various industries and fields; second, we must focus on the key points and grasp the source, focus on key areas and key places, conduct in-depth investigations, comprehensively sort out, thoroughly rectify, and improve the long-term working mechanism; third, we must promote the implementation of actions in place, highlight the key points, accurately enforce the law, and implement responsibilities; fourth, we must report data on time to ensure that each data can stand the actual test.
Chen Jiahui stressed that all relevant departments should attach great importance to the implementation of the three-year action of tackling the root cause of production safety with strong political consciousness, ideological consciousness and action consciousness; they should carry out the three-year action with high quality in strict accordance with the objectives, tasks, work measures and stage arrangements of the plan; they should be responsible for defending the territory, consolidate the main responsibility, form a closed loop of work, strictly supervise and inspect, and seriously pursue accountability.
Chen Jiahui pointed out that the "May Day" holiday is approaching, Longting District will usher in a new round of tourism peak, all township offices, departments should focus on "eating, living, traveling, traveling, shopping, entertainment" six aspects, before the holiday to comprehensively investigate all kinds of potential safety hazards, to ensure that hidden dangers are in place, rectification in place. It is necessary to strictly implement the emergency response mechanism of leaders leading shifts and 24-hour special personnel on duty, and make emergency preparations.
