The patrol brigade of the Political and Legal Committee of the Longting District Party Committee takes "guarding safety" as its important mission, carries out public security patrol prevention and control on a regular basis, goes all out to maintain the safety and order of the jurisdiction, investigates and resolves contradictions and disputes, serves citizens and tourists intimately, and uses practical actions to enhance the sense of security and satisfaction of the masses.
Focus on the "fundamental point" of patrol prevention and control
In accordance with the principle of "patrol force follows the police", closely combined with the weekly situation, focusing on night patrol prevention, around scenic spots, commercial blocks, entertainment venues, hospitals, squares, back streets and alleys and other crime-prone parts, carry out patrol prevention and control, keep the police lights and shoulder lights flashing, so as to achieve "dynamic deployment, strict prevention, and strong control". On the basis of police research and judgment, the combination of foot and vehicle patrol, the combination of fixed line patrol and point guard, and the combination of civil air defense and technical defense monitoring are adopted to squeeze the space for violations and crimes to the greatest extent. Strengthen close coordination with township offices and police stations, and actively cooperate with the public security police to increase the intensity of patrols in weak areas of the jurisdiction at night. At the same time, we will go deep into the community and the businesses along the street to find out all kinds of unstable factors, find hidden dangers and deal with them in a timely manner, so as to ensure the stability of public order in the jurisdiction. Since the beginning of this year, more than 30 patrol members have been dispatched every day, more than 500 people have been mobilized to prevent and control the group, inspect more than 30 key places such as night market stalls and shops, and investigate and rectify more than 106 potential safety hazards.
Focus on the "key points" of serving the masses
Carry out daily patrols, and the patrol team has become an "outpost" to serve the masses, and the masses can ask for help from the team members on the spot when they encounter problems, and the team members can also help tourists solve difficulties on the spot at the first time. Take the initiative to help the disabled cross the road and climb the steps, actively help the lost elderly and children find their families, and resolve disputes between tourists and residents. This seemingly ordinary thing is the thing that all the members of the patrol team are most concerned about, because this is the business of the masses. They worked hard to solve the demands, difficulties and worries of the masses, and practiced the purpose of serving the people with practical actions. Since the beginning of this year, the patrol members have stopped and mediated more than 30 disputes, helped the masses more than 20 times a day, and won the praise of the masses with their hard work.
Focus on the "focus point" of cultural tourism development
With the continuous explosion of Qingming Shanghe Park and Wansui Mountain Scenic Area this year, the patrol brigade of Longting District regards the safety of the scenic spot as the top priority, takes the service guarantee as the key matter, actively connects with the scenic spot, and jointly patrols with the police station, urban management bureau, scenic spot, etc., and strengthens the service guarantee of dredging and blockage, emergency response, etc., so as to escort the safety of tourists. To serve tourists is to serve tourism, and in the face of every request for help, the patrol brigade responds attentively. When tourists ask for directions, the patrol team members actively answer the questions and provide reasonable suggestions according to the needs of tourists; when tourists get separated from their families and lose contact with each other, the patrol team members contact the public security and scenic spots as soon as possible, and quickly carry out assistance to help find their families; in case of disputes with tourists, they take the initiative to persuade and mediate and resolve the contradictions in a timely manner. Since the beginning of this year, we have helped tourists find or contact the lost elderly and children more than 10 times, mediated more than 30 disputes, and made tourists feel the temperature of Longting by doing every little thing and urgent matter with heart.
