Announcement on the proposed administrative punishment decision for 19 road traffic safety offenders

The following 19 violators, including Huang Baoyuan and Huang Gaochuang, were found by the four brigades of the traffic police detachment of the Qinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau for committing violations of road traffic safety. In accordance with the "Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Administrative Cases by Public Security Organs" and the "Provisions on the Procedures for Handling Road Traffic Safety Violations" and other provisions, the announcement is hereby announced. According to the above-mentioned relevant provisions, the parties have the right to make statements, defenses and request a hearing (revocation of the driver's license; the penalty of a fine of 2,000 yuan or more for a single violation);

The period of this announcement is seven days, and an administrative penalty decision will be made in accordance with the law after the expiration of the announcement period.
