Notice on traffic control on Jinhua Street, Linan Town, Xianyou County
In order to ensure traffic safety during the construction of the comprehensive water environment management project (16th bid section) in the Mulan River Basin of Xianyou County, it is decided to implement semi-closed traffic control on the construction section of Jinhua Street in Linan Town, and in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the relevant matters related to traffic control are hereby notified as follows:
1. Traffic control section and time:
1. Control section: Jinhua Street, Linan Town (Liu'an Street Intersection ~ Oil Town Intersection) implements half of the closed construction on the north side, and two-way traffic on the south side.
Control period: May 12, 2024 - June 25, 2024 (45 days in total)
2. Control requirements: The traffic control scheme passing through Jinhua Street (Liu'an Street intersection ~ Oil Town intersection) in Linan Town, the implementation of half of the closed construction on the north side, and the use of water barriers on the south side of the road for two-way traffic of vehicles.
3. Suggested detour plan:
Due to the narrowing of the construction section, it is recommended that passing vehicles detour from Hot Spring East Road and South Second Ring Road.
4. Precautions:
During the traffic control period, the general public and friends are requested to make travel plans in advance, arrange travel reasonably, abide by the traffic signs, marking instructions and on-site traffic commanders on the control road sections, pass safely, civilly and orderly, and jointly maintain the safety and smoothness of the road.

Notice on traffic control on Shuyuan South Street, Linan Town, Xianyou County
In order to ensure traffic safety during the construction of the comprehensive water environment management project (16th bid section) in the Mulan River Basin of Xianyou County, it is decided to implement semi-closed traffic control on the construction section of Shuyuan South Street in Linan Town, and in accordance with Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the relevant matters related to traffic control are hereby notified as follows:
1. Traffic control section and time:
1. Control section: Shuyuan South Street, Linan Town (Xingtai East Road Fork ~ Xingguo East Road Fork) implements half of the closed construction on the east side, and two-way traffic on the west side.
Control period: May 12, 2024 - June 10, 2024 (30 days in total)
2. Control requirements: The traffic control scheme passing through Linan Shuyuan South Street (Xingtai East Road Fork ~ Xingguo East Road Fork) implements half of the closed construction on the east side, and uses water barriers to isolate the road on the west side for two-way traffic of vehicles.
3. Suggested detour plan:
Due to the narrowing of the construction section, passing vehicles are advised to detour from Willow On Street.
4. Precautions:
During the traffic control period, the general public and friends are requested to make travel plans in advance, arrange travel reasonably, abide by the traffic signs, marking instructions and on-site traffic commanders on the control road sections, pass safely, civilly and orderly, and jointly maintain the safety and smoothness of the road.
