From April 24th to 25th, the 2024 Annual Academic Conference of the Jingfang Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and the 15th China Traditional Chinese Medicine Jingfang Forum was successfully held in Zhengzhou. The event was jointly sponsored by the Jingfang Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and Henan Jingfang Medical Center, and undertaken by Zhongjing College of Henan Jingfang Medical Center and Gushengtang Traditional Chinese Medicine Chain Management Group. Professor Wang Fu, President of the Jingfang Branch of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and a famous master of the National Jingfang, Gao Quan, Secretary of the Party Branch and Vice President of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Wang Bangmin, Secretary-General of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhou Zhibiao, General Manager of Gushengtang Zhengzhou Region, and other 260 experts and scholars from all over the country attended the event.
At the meeting, Professor Wang Fu, executive director of the China Association for the Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research and President of the Jingfang Branch, and Mr. Zhou Zhibiao, general manager of Gushengtang Zhengzhou Region, jointly unveiled the "Wangfu-Gushengtang Jingfang Inheritance Studio".
It is reported that after the studio settles in the Zhengzhou branch of Gushengtang, it will mainly focus on two aspects in the future:
The first is the inheritance and development of Professor Wang Fu's academic thoughts. The members of the studio mainly include Professor Wang Fu's original disciples, the existing young doctors of Gushengtang, and at the same time, young doctors are selected to learn from the teacher, so as to inherit Professor Wang Fu's academic ideas and drug concepts of using Jing Fang to treat diseases and save people in clinical practice, and inherit and develop.
The second is to promote the transformation of experience results. Professor Wang Fu has a deep research on Jing Fang, and his research results have filled three gaps in the field of Chinese medicine research in China, namely, the "Dictionary of Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases" with 1.4 million words to fill the gap in domestic research "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases", the "Dictionary of Jing Fang" with 2.18 million words to fill the gap in domestic research on Jing Fang, and the 420,000 words of "Wang Fu Jing Fang Eighteen Anti-True Biography" to fill the gap in domestic research on the eighteen anti-compatibility of Chinese medicine. On this basis, the studio will help the transformation of clinical prescriptions with the help of Gushengtang's mature, complete and efficient in-hospital preparation transformation system of empirical prescriptions.
Professor Wang Fu graduated from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in 1989 with a master's degree in medicine, and was the first graduate student in Henan Province to be admitted to the university's typhoid theory. After graduation, he was assigned to work in Qinghai Medical College for six years, during which he was exceptionally promoted to associate professor in 1996 due to his excellent work performance, transferred to Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1997, and promoted to professor, national famous master of Jingfang and doctoral supervisor in 2001. In 2016, he founded the Henan Jingfang Medical Research Institute.
It is understood that in December 2021, Gushengtang Group established a strategic cooperation with the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In May 2022, Gushengtang Jinshui Institute was established, and in June 2022, Gushengtang Henan Regional Expert Committee was established, with Xu Erping, former president of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as the senior advisor, and Professor Ding Ying, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, as the chairman. For more than a year, the Henan Expert Committee has regularly organized and carried out a number of academic activities of traditional Chinese medicine, effectively promoting academic exchanges, and achieving remarkable results in talent training, clinical experience inheritance, and scientific research.
