Today (April 28), with the "Chunfeng" shield successfully arrived in the receiving steel sleeve, the largest diameter shield tunnel under construction in South China - Chunfeng Tunnel was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent completion and opening to traffic.
Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel is an important part of the Shenzhen South Ring Expressway system, which starts from the east side of Binhe Avenue and is laid from west to east, and ends at the east side of Beidou Road and belongs to Yanhe South Road. The total length is 5.08 kilometers, of which the shield section is 3.6 kilometers long, and the design speed of the upper and lower lanes is 60 kilometers per hour, and it is expected to be opened to traffic by the end of this year.
According to the relevant staff, the tunnel is located at the junction of Luohu and Futian, there are many old buildings along the line, the construction environment is complex, and the construction personnel need to overcome multiple problems such as complex geological conditions to ensure the smooth completion of the shield construction.
In order to solve this technical problem, the project comprehensively uses BIM, 3D GIS, risk map and other technologies to build a "safety risk management and control platform" to monitor and dynamically evaluate construction parameters and monitoring results in real time. A series of new technologies, such as InSAR satellite remote sensing monitoring, AI artificial intelligence, and "Internet +" collaborative work mode, have been applied simultaneously in the field, providing strong scientific and technological support for the smooth progress of the project.
Liang Menghui, the main driver of the shield of the Chunfeng Tunnel Project of China Railway Tunnel Bureau, also revealed to Shenzhen Satellite TV & One Shenzhen client reporter: "In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, the project has achieved a daily excavation of about 5 meters through a series of measures such as reducing the degree of penetration, increasing the scour flow rate in the center of the cutterhead, and strictly controlling the proportion of mud. ”
In addition, in order to provide a think tank guarantee for the construction of the project, with the strong support of the Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau, the project team jointly established the "Chunfeng Tunnel Engineering Site Laboratory" and set up an expert committee in conjunction with the National Key Laboratory of Tunnel Boring Machine and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance.
Wang Binbin, chief civil engineer of the Chunfeng Tunnel Project of China Railway Tunnel Bureau, said: "At present, about 75% of the total construction progress of the project has been completed, and the next step will be to complete the internal structure of the shield tunnel, mechanical and electrical installation, decoration and other work to ensure that we realize the opening of the tunnel on schedule." ”
As the first "single-hole double-layer" structure of motor vehicle tunnel in Shenzhen, it is also the first municipal highway tunnel in Shenzhen to adopt the shield method. After the Chunfeng Tunnel is opened to traffic, it will form an east-west composite passage in Shenzhen together with the existing Chunfeng Elevated, and the traffic capacity of the Chunfeng Road will be about doubled.
The smooth breakthrough of the shield section of the Chunfeng Tunnel also provides a useful exploration for the construction of super-large shields under complex geological conditions in the prosperous built-up area.
