The significant advantages of CIF in high-efficiency hardening and zero emission are expounded, which can not only replace multi-stage hardening, but also use concentrated water regeneration without adding hardening agents, and at the same time, produce calcium sulfate precipitation during regeneration to reduce the scale of evaporation crystallization. The ADC process combining CIF and a high-efficiency fluoride remover can be cost-effective and stable to 1 mg/L, and more valuablely, CIF can be used to enrich wastewater with very low concentrations of valuable metals. Capsule immobilized microbial technology is an advanced microbial embedding technology, which has achieved the encapsulation of salt-tolerant denitrifying bacteria, which can tolerate up to 6% salt, and can be directly applied to the denitrification of various high-salt wastewaters, and can be limited to 1mg/L in combination with CIF process. At the same time, this technology can also embed anaerobic ammonia bacteria, yeasts, etc., and is used in various efficient biochemical degradation and transformation scenarios.

The anammox process is an innovative biological water treatment process that is an important breakthrough in the field of denitrification. Compared to conventional nitrification/denitrification processes, operating costs and CO2 production are reduced by up to 80%. In addition, the process does not require a supplemental carbon source and requires only a quarter of the space of a conventional process.

  According to the actual operation of the project data of ammonia oxidation + AO combined process to treat kitchen biogas slurry, compared with the conventional AO process, the combined process of ammonia oxidation + AO can save about 50% of the aeration energy consumption, more than 90% of the carbon source dosage, 45% of the biochemical sludge production, the comprehensive operating cost can be reduced by about 50%, and the floor area required by the sewage treatment system can be saved by 45%, which is an effective solution to realize the low-cost disposal of food waste biogas slurry.
