The policy achievements released this time include the Satellite Internet and Commercial Aerospace Industry Atlas of Xiong'an New Area, the Work Plan for the Development of Satellite Internet and Commercial Aerospace Industry in Xiong'an New Area, and the Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Beidou Industry in Xiong'an New Area (2024-2026).
Xiong'an New Area gives full play to the leading role of the head goose and the leading advantages of ecology, actively absorbs and gathers all kinds of resource elements, lays out the industrial chain around the supply chain, and continuously builds, supplements, extends and strengthens the chain, accelerates the building of the aerospace information industry into a strategic pillar industry in the Xiong'an New Area, and studies and draws the map of the satellite Internet and commercial aerospace industry in the Xiong'an New Area.
Focusing on the industrial map, the new area has formed two sets of program achievements: the "Work Plan for the Development of Satellite Internet and Commercial Aerospace Industry in Xiong'an New Area" and the "Action Plan for the High-quality Development of Beidou Industry in Xiong'an New Area (2024-2026)".
The "Work Plan for the Development of Satellite Internet and Commercial Aerospace Industry in Xiong'an New Area" starts from the four aspects of seeking development, improving capacity, building a platform, and gathering elements, and is driven by policy first trial, scenario demonstration application, and key technology research, strengthens collaborative innovation and industrial cooperation, and accelerates the innovation and development of satellite Internet and commercial aerospace in the new area.
The Action Plan for the High-Quality Development of the Beidou Industry in Xiong'an New Area (2024-2026) proposes to accelerate the construction of a "1+N" development pattern, promote the agglomeration and integration of resource elements such as capital, technology, and talents, and accelerate the construction of the "three platforms, three bases, and three applications" industrial agglomeration project driven by scientific and technological innovation, based on application services, and taking typical scenarios as the starting point, so as to promote the high-quality and rapid development of the Beidou application industry in Xiong'an New Area.

5 platform achievements, namely: Xiong'an Science and Technology Innovation Carrier Comprehensive Functional Service, Xiong'an Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Xiong'an New Area Future Chip Innovation Research Institute, China Telecom 5G NTN Industry Joint Innovation Platform, China Unicom Xuanji 5G + Beidou Space-Time Service Platform.
Focusing on the development direction of "5+6" industry, Xiong'an has built a comprehensive functional service platform for Xiong'an scientific and technological innovation carriers. By gathering first-class innovation resources and scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad, the platform creates a comprehensive service platform for the incubation, transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements with rich elements, complete functions, guarantees in place and first-class services, and builds an achievement transformation ecosystem that closely integrates various innovative subjects of "government, industry, academia, research, application and finance", and supports the development and growth of various innovative subjects in the new area.

With the support of a series of policies and multiple platforms for the aerospace industry in the new area, the new area focuses on Beidou positioning technology, and incubates the "Beidou+" positioning technology and application of underground space, the integrated service capability of 5G + Beidou and the application of Baiyangdian waters.
The "Beidou +" positioning technology and application of underground space pioneered the integration of "Beidou + room division" underground positioning technology, effectively expanded the application scenarios of underground pipe corridors, developed positioning modules based on open source instruction sets, and developed various applications for emergency safety scenarios. The achievement of 5G+ Beidou integrated service capability and application in Baiyangdian waters uses 5G+ Beidou high-precision positioning technology to build systems such as ship operation and emergency decision-making, ship navigation services, digital twins, and drone inspections to meet the actual needs of emergency rescue, emergency rescue, ship positioning, path navigation and other scenarios.
