1. Applicants
(1) Persons who come to Guangzhou must have valid points verified by the "Guangzhou Personnel Points System Service Management Information System", and are not in the process of points objection or point adjustment, and they have lived in Guangzhou and applied for the "Guangdong Residence Permit" for at least 1 year (as of August 31 of the year of application for admission, the same below), or their school-age children who apply for admission have held a valid residence permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents for 1 year.
(2) If the children of migrants to Guangzhou apply for admission to the first grade of primary school, they shall be at least 6 years old before August 31 of the year of enrollment and have not yet enrolled in school, and have not obtained primary school status;
Note: The parents or guardians of the children of the immigrants who apply for the points-based admission system in Guangzhou need to verify the valid points in the "Guangzhou Points-based Service Management Information System for Visitors to Guangzhou" in advance. Those who have not obtained the points will not be able to apply for the admission of the children of the migrants to Guangzhou.
II. Application Process
(1) Login and registration (May 9-May 15)
The "Points-based Enrollment Application System for Children of Migrant Persons in Panyu District" is open from 9:00 on May 9 to 17:00 on May 15. A parent or guardian can enter in the following ways:

The parent or guardian shall register in the name of the child and upload the application information in accordance with the relevant guidelines of the points-based enrollment system in the "Points-based Admission Application System for Migrant Children of Persons from Panyu District" to complete the application for the points-based admission.
(2) Data review (May 9-May 23)
The relevant functional departments of the district shall conduct online review and feedback points on the corresponding data of the bonus points in Panyu District. The parent or guardian can log in to the system through the mobile phone or computer PC to query the audit results. If you have any objection to the review results of the additional points in Panyu District, you can submit an appeal through the system before 17:00 on May 23, and the relevant functional departments will re-review the appeal items (please be sure to submit an appeal before this time, and the system will no longer be able to operate after it is closed).
(3) Confirmation of special points (May 27-May 29)
After the audit results are presented on the special points website, the parent or guardian must confirm the special points. You can directly log in to the "Points-based Admission Application System for Migrant Children of Panyu District" on the mobile phone terminal and follow the relevant guidelines to "brush your face" and sign to confirm the points results, or you can go to the town (street) points-based admission application acceptance window during working hours to sign and confirm the points results on the spot. (4) Announcement of points results (June 3-June 7)
Publish the points and ranking results.
(5) Fill in the volunteer (June 17-June 20)
According to their own points conditions and actual situation, each applicant can fill in 1-4 school volunteers, or choose to "give up the current choice".
(6) Integral admission (June 25-June 27)
The education department shall allocate degrees based on the batch and ranking of points announced in the current year, and in accordance with the principle of "combining points, ranking priority, and following volunteers".
(7) Enrollment (June 29 for primary schools, July 6 for junior high schools)
Applicants who have obtained the degree allocation should print the admission notice by themselves within the specified time, and bring the original ID card, household registration booklet, birth certificate and other materials (consistent with the online submission) to the corresponding school for on-site review to ensure the authenticity and validity of the submitted materials and go through the enrollment registration procedures.
