The meeting emphasized that in terms of learning, it is necessary to closely follow the focus of the party discipline study and education, and formulate a hierarchical and classified learning plan such as the party group theory center group taking the lead (divided into seven special study seminars), the in-depth study of discipline inspection cadres, the key study of in-service branches, and the special study of retired branches, so as to ensure that all party members and cadres will be the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China" In terms of the form of study and education, in addition to arranging for the secretaries of all party branches to give a lecture on discipline and class, and incorporating the study of party discipline into this year's democratic life meeting of the leading group and the organizational life meeting of all branches, it is planned to carry out a special counseling and warning education conference on the "Regulations" in June; in terms of system and standardization, it is planned to introduce the "Talking Work Measures" and the "Code of Conduct for Procuratorial Personnel "Outside the Eight Hours" of the Third Branch of the Municipal People's Procuratorate, so as to effectively transform the results of studying the "Regulations" into institutional effectiveness and ensure the good use of supervision and discipline The first form is to continuously deepen internal and external supervision and provide institutional support and guarantees.
