At the opening ceremony, Liu Zhimeng, academician of the European Academy of Natural Sciences, second-level professor of Dongguan Institute of Technology, polymer chemist and cleaner production technology expert, introduced the profound impact of artificial intelligence on human society to the students. He encouraged students to stay curious, dare to try, not afraid of failure, look at the world with a scientific eye, and solve problems with scientific methods, so as to truly understand and master artificial intelligence.

Guangdong Songke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. brought AI robotic arms, attitude robots, hexapod robots and intelligent unmanned vehicles and other artificial intelligence science experience projects, while Dongguan Vocational and Technical College Qichuang Science Volunteer Service Association combined AR technology and brainwave control machinery to provide interactive games such as Marksman-Monster Assault and Sharpshooter-100 Shots.
The Chaoyue Aviation Science Popularization Base carries out aviation science popularization education through fighter jet simulation cockpit and desktop flight simulator; Dongguan Xinxin Happy Family Volunteer Service Team uses brainwave intelligent spiders and mind-controlled brainwave lamps to test children's concentration, and uses painting and OH cards to help present children's psychological characteristics; Dongguan Comprehensive Cell Bank, a subsidiary of Guangdong Xiankangda Group, allows children to understand the principle of cell cryopreservation and resurrection through liquid nitrogen goldfish resurrection experiments, and stimulates their interest in life science.

Through an in-depth explanation, Academician Liu Zhimeng took the dismantling of smart phones as the starting point to introduce the manufacturing principles, main components, key materials, and the most advanced smart phones in China, unveiled the mystery of smart phone manufacturing for the students, and helped the students to have a preliminary understanding of the development of modern electronic information industry in Dongguan City.
