ARCFOX Motors officially released the Darwin 2.0 technology brand, the Darwin 2.0 technology brand comprehensively demonstrated the new technical architecture of ARCFOX Motors and the industry's first full-stack ecological self-evolution technology system, which is composed of seven major technology plates: Aurora, Jifeng, Jidun, Jijing, Lingyun chassis, Lingzhi Intelligence, and Jixiang, and smart wireless charging will also be officially mass-produced next year to realize stop-and-charge, which will bring users a safer, smarter and more convenient travel experience.
The bottom of the aurora cell is equipped with the original "Xuanwu armor" as standard, which uses aerospace-grade materials and processes to form 7 layers of protection, with a strength of 1500MPa, and also takes into account the four major functions of insulation, heat preservation, heat conduction, and anti-corrosion, fully considering the complexity of the environment. In addition, Aurora Cell pioneered the "space capsule sealing" technology. The highly hydrophobic silicon-based material is selected as the substrate, with a hydrophobic rate of 97%, and no water enters under the condition of 2 meters of water depth and 48 hours of submersion, which can cope with complex road conditions and environments. In addition, there is also the "fire blanket insulation" technology, which integrates the functions of blocking, sparse and controlling, which can always achieve only smoke and no fire, zero spontaneous combustion, and ensure personal safety.
Equipped with the fourth-generation front and rear dual motors of Jifeng Power, the ARCFOX Alpha S5 has a total power of more than 530 horsepower, a wheel end torque of 7000N·m, and an official 000 acceleration time of 3.7 seconds.
The Lingyun chassis is equipped with global test scenarios and tuning, combined with full-time intelligent technology, to ensure comfort in various road conditions and driving conditions. ARCFOX also uses an intelligent braking system, an intelligent steering system and an intelligent suspension system, as well as exclusive sports tires jointly customized with Michelin, so that the Lingyun chassis can achieve stability and safety during high-speed driving and emergency evacuation.
In the field of intelligence, the "second-generation intelligent cockpit" of ARCFOX Motors is equipped with a new intelligent OS system, which has four core capabilities: comprehension, decision-making, correlation and generation, and can provide a digital assistant-like service experience. Through the "Baimo Huichuang Platform", Lingzhi OS can explore user needs and provide more intelligent and personalized services. In terms of hardware configuration, ARCFOX Motors adopts 34 industry-leading high-performance perception hardware to achieve all-weather and omnidirectional environmental perception to ensure the safety and reliability of the intelligent driving system. In terms of software algorithms, ARCFOX Motors has also improved the obstacle recognition rate through the innovative BEV+Transformer+Occ solution, and introduced interactive game algorithms to optimize driving path planning and improve traffic efficiency.
ARCFOX has also been fully optimized in terms of ride comfort. In cooperation with the Art and Science Research Center of Tsinghua University, it has launched color designs that meet the aesthetics of Chinese people, such as "organic green" and "lavender purple" interiors, as well as a high-end audio system equipped with a 7.1.4 "panoramic sound" sound field layout to provide users with audio-visual enjoyment.
Through Jidun Safety, Jihu Motors has built a full-time and all-domain safety protection system based on six safety shields, with full-scene early warning capabilities and high-level collision safety standards, in addition to a large number of aluminum alloys and double-sided galvanized steel plates. As a pure electric high-end flagship platform independently developed by BAIC Group and a new platform of Darwin 2.0 technology system, the Polaris platform deeply integrates the homologous design of Mercedes-Benz MRA rear-wheel drive platform in engineering design, module development and other parts and the new framework of Darwin 2.0 technology system, and will mainly carry the development of mid-to-high-end products of C-class and above in the future.
