Due to the needs of the relocation and reconstruction of water supply pipes and sewage pipes across the river of Nanzhu West Street, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the implementation regulations, it is hereby decided to implement traffic restriction measures at the intersection of Nanzhu West Street and Xinxing Street, and the specific notice is as follows:

1. The time of traffic restriction measures

20:00 p.m. on April 19, 2024, and expected to end at 20:00 on April 20, 2024.

2. Traffic restriction measures

The intersection of Nanzhu West Street and Xinxing Street (west traffic light intersection).

3. Traffic restrictions

The entire road section will be closed to all vehicles.

Fourth, the detour route

(1) Nanzhu West Street to Xinxing Street:

1. Nanzhu West Street→ Tianya Street→ Baisha Road→ Xinxing Street;

2. Nanzhu West Street→ Renmin Road→ Xinxing Street.

(2) Xinxing Street to Nanzhu West Street:

1. Xinxing Street→ Baisha Road→ Tianya Street→ Nanzhu West Street;

2. Xinxing Street→ Renmin Road→ Nanzhu West Street.

Drivers of vehicles passing through restricted traffic areas are requested to follow the instructions of traffic signs and markings, pay attention to slowing down or detouring, and obey the command and guidance of on-site traffic management personnel. We ask for your understanding for the inconvenience caused by the implementation of traffic restrictions.
