Successful tiered allocation
A few days ago, the Nansha Pearl Bay Stadium Area Yongjin Second Street Ground Corridor Project was successfully allocated in layers, marking that the Nansha Pearl Bay Start-up Area has made substantial progress in deepening the use of urban three-dimensional space stratification and confirmation.
It is understood that layered land supply refers to the establishment of construction land use rights on the surface, underground space and above-ground space of the land, while land allocation refers to the granting of certain land use rights to users through administrative orders.
In a sense, the "layered allocation" of the Yongjin 2nd Street Ground Corridor Project is a conceptual reference for layered land supply and land allocation, and the relevant functional departments will supply the space use right corresponding to the above-ground corridor project (excluding the ground road land) to the construction unit of the Yongjin 2nd Street Air Corridor Project in accordance with the allocation method, so as to ensure that the project construction process is legal and compliant, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the construction unit.
This is an innovative practice in the field of land management in Nansha District, which not only injects new impetus into the optimization of urban spatial structure, but also provides a model for subsequent urban development.

According to reports, the Yongjin Second Street Ground Corridor Project is located in the Nansha Stadium area, which is the first cross-municipal road ground corridor project in Nansha District, and will connect the urban commercial complexes on both sides after completion.
The planning shows that the second-floor and third-floor commercial spaces of the commercial body at both ends need to be connected through the above-ground corridor, which is the key node of the commercial block connection, and the construction of the above-ground corridor project can string the entire commercial block into a 600-meter-long whole.

The main construction is completed
On May 15, with the smooth pouring of the last roof of the tunnel of the Fengting Avenue Project, the main construction of the tunnel section of the project was completed, marking a solid step forward for the Fengting Avenue Project to break through the node goal of the "630" Tingjiao Bridge to the Ghost Hengchong section.
According to reports, the Fengting Avenue project is located in the Tingjiao area, Nansha District, Guangzhou, starting from the level crossing of Huangge West Road and Nanyongkou Road, and ending at the east section of the current Fengting Avenue, of which the tunnel part is about 600 meters long, with a design speed of 40 kilometers per hour and 6 lanes in both directions.
According to the relevant person in charge, after the completion of the Fengting Avenue project, it will form an important urban arterial road that runs through the central road network of Huangge Town, Nansha District, and is also an important passage connecting Guangzhou City and Nansha Central District in Qingsheng District, which will greatly improve the traffic appearance of Nansha District and upgrade the living experience of citizens.
