Notice on the implementation of temporary traffic control on some sections of Jiangbin Road, Dongwu Road and Binshui Road
In order to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the surrounding roads, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 and Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, temporary traffic control will be implemented on some surrounding road sections during the event, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
01 Control time
May 25, 2024, 6 a.m. to May 25, 2024, 11 a.m. 02 Scope of control
Jiangbin Road (Jiaoshan Parking Lot Intersection to Dongwu Road Intersection), Dongwu Road (Jiangbin Road Intersection to Binshui Road Intersection), Binshui Road (Dongwu Road Intersection to Dongwu Shengjing Pailou Road Intersection).
03 Control measures
1. The control section of Jiangbin Road will close the non-motorized lane on the north side, and the non-motorized vehicles traveling from east to west will temporarily set up non-motorized lanes along the motorway.
2. The control section of Dongwu Road is closed to half of the road surface on the east side, and motor vehicles from south to north are prohibited from passing through vehicles, and can be bypassed by Jiangbin Road, Mengxi Road and Dongwu Road, and non-motor vehicles can pass normally. Motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles from north to south pass normally.
3. The control section of the waterfront road is closed to half of the north side of the lane, and motor vehicles from east to west are prohibited from passing through the road, which can be bypassed by Jiangbin Road, Mengxi Road and Dongwu Road, and non-motor vehicles can pass normally. Motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles from west to east pass normally.
4. Please consciously abide by the relevant provisions of this notice and obey the command of the traffic police and traffic management personnel. Violators will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations.

Notice of Extension of Temporary Traffic Control
Due to the postponement of the construction period of the Jiaonan Pumping Station Expansion Project, in order to ensure the safe and smooth flow of the road and the smooth progress of the construction, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5 and 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it is decided to postpone the temporary traffic control of some sections of Jiangzhou Road, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
01 Control time
The control period has been extended to 24:00 on 31 May 2024. 02 Scope of control
Jiangzhou Road (Jiangbin Road Intersection to Jingkou Sanitation Station).
03 Control measures
1. The controlled road section shall be fully enclosed for construction, and all vehicles and pedestrians shall be prohibited from passing.
2. The construction unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of road construction, set up traffic signs and strengthen on-site management.
3. The adjustment of bus routes and stations along the line shall be announced separately by the Municipal Public Transport Corporation.
4. Vehicles and pedestrians are requested to consciously abide by the relevant provisions of this notice and obey the command of the traffic police and traffic management personnel. Violators will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations.
