In order to continue to do a good job in the prevention and control of social fires in the whole district, thoroughly implement the spirit of the mobilization and deployment meeting of the Huangpu District Electric Bicycle Safety Governance Action and the meeting to promote the promotion of the fire "life channel" work of fire protection, and effectively promote the property to strictly regulate the fire safety management of public parts of the residential community, recently, Huangpu Fire Department, together with the local streets, public security and other departments, carried out the fire safety management of electric bicycles in many residential communities in the jurisdiction.
The main leaders of the detachment personally led the team, sinking the first line, sub-divisions, and multiple roads, so as to eliminate outstanding problems and hidden dangers such as illegal parking and charging of electric bicycles.
The joint inspection teams went deep into the overhead layer (lighting well, ventilation shaft) and the residential area with electric bicycle charging places in the underground garage, and carried out key inspections on fire prevention and fire fighting and rescue operation plans from the two aspects of fire prevention and fire fighting and rescue operation plans.
The inspection team informed the property management personnel of each residential community of the requirements for fire safety management of electric bicycles in the district, trained and guided the relevant safety management work, and deployed and posted safe charging and parking warning slogans, and cleaned up waste vehicles within a time limit.
In response to the problems found in the inspection, the inspection team put forward rectification opinions on the spot and required all property management units to conscientiously implement the main responsibility of fire safety, effectively strengthen fire safety supervision, improve residents' fire safety awareness and self-defense and self-rescue capabilities, strictly prevent fire inspections, inspections and other systems, and rectify the problems found in a timely manner.
The fire detachment will also further revise and improve the fire fighting operation plan according to the current situation of the residential community, strengthen communication and cooperation and joint drills with the street and community micro fire stations and the property management units of the residential community, so as to further improve the hard power of fire fighting operations.
To do a good job in fire safety, the inspectors require: the residential management party should not only effectively strengthen the fire safety publicity of the residents, but also actively play the role of the building team leader and volunteers in preventing and controlling the group.
