1: Wash the bacon with warm water, peel it, put it in a clay bowl, steam it for 30 minutes and take it out.
2: Cut the fat and lean meat into strips of 5 cm long, 0.7 cm wide and 0.3 cm thick respectively. The root of Quinoa is scraped off with a knife, washed and cut into 4 cm long strips. Finely chop the red peppers.
3: Put the wok on high heat, put in the lard, cook until 60% hot, first put the original juice of the fat bacon and steamed bacon, fry a few times, then add quinoa root, leeks and fresh peppers to stir-fry, then add fine salt, continue to fry for 1 minute, and finally fry the lean bacon together.
4: Pour in a little water, simmer for 2 minutes, dry the water, put on the plate and serve.
