Recently, the "No. 1 section" of the main span continuous beam of the Baijiahe Bridge undertaken by the I. Standard Fourth Division of China Railway Chengtou Tianlong Railway was successfully poured, marking the successful completion of the construction of the first continuous beam suspension irrigation first section of the whole line of Tianlong Railway. This pouring not only means that the bridge has officially entered the cyclic construction stage of the bridge superstructure, but also demonstrates the project team's efficient construction ability in complex environments.
The Baijiahe Bridge has a total length of 3513.28 meters, and the main span of the bridge is made of prestressed concrete continuous rigid structure, spanning rural roads, rivers and densely populated areas, close to public facilities such as hospitals and schools, and adjacent to national nature reserves and first-class water source protection areas, so strict ecological and environmental protection measures are taken during the construction process.
The project department gives full play to its scientific research and innovation capabilities, and adopts information monitoring technology to realize the intelligent anti-collision of tower crane operations, which improves the construction safety. The lightweight and modular assembly of the hanging basket also greatly improves the installation speed and overall stability.
The pouring of the "No. 1 section" is located in the 75# pier of the Baijiahe Bridge, with a length of 3 meters on each side, a beam top width of 7.1 meters, and a pier top beam height of 3.96 meters. In the face of multiple challenges such as the difficulty of construction of high pier continuous beams, high safety risks, and strict requirements for concrete temperature control, the project department attaches great importance to and carefully organizes in strict accordance with the requirements of the general contracting department of China Railway Urban Investment. Conduct detailed analysis and discussion of each construction link to ensure the feasibility and safety of the construction plan. From the installation and preloading of the hanging basket, to the positioning and installation of the formwork, to the installation of steel bars and embedded parts and the final concrete pouring, each step is carried out in strict accordance with the established process and standards.
The completion of the pouring of the first section of the Baijiahe Bridge not only demonstrated the exquisite skills and efficient cooperation of the project team, but also injected new impetus into the construction process of the China Railway Chengtou Tianlong Railway I. Standard Bridge Project.
