The project is located at the intersection of Saiyuntai East 1st Road and Saiyun Taipei Branch Road, Wubianshi Street, with a total investment of 84.83 million yuan, a planned land area of 3145.53 square meters (about 4.7 acres), a total construction area of 10429.29 square meters, 6997.07 square meters of 6 floors above ground, 3842.79 square meters of 2 underground floors, and 56 underground parking spaces. The construction owner is Jinniu Guotou Group, and the construction unit is Chengdu Construction Engineering No. 8 Company. The project is planned to include a community health service center, community housing, cultural activity center, etc., which will start construction in September 2023 and be capped at the end of January 2024. It is reported that the project is equipped with Saiyun Taipei Branch Road, with a total length of about 240 meters and a red line width of 20 meters.
After the completion of the project, it will become a community service complex integrating convenient services, community government affairs, entertainment and leisure, culture and art, medical and health care, etc., with one-stop, intelligent, experiential and other characteristics, serving the surrounding residents and making the Wubianshi business and cultural experience group more suitable for business, living, raising and learning.
