A few days ago, the construction project of Tianzi Road Primary School in Jinniu District has completed indoor and outdoor plastering, and the outer frame is being dismantled, and it is planned to complete the decoration construction in September 2024, complete and accept in December, and is expected to be put into use in September 2025.
The project is located in the TOD area of Xingfuqiao Street, Tianhui Town, with a total investment of 110.8469 million yuan and a planned land area of 12,470.24 square meters (about 18.7 acres).
The building area is about 17,562.79 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 14,768.26 square meters and the underground construction area is 2,794.53 square meters.
The project is planned to have teaching buildings, multi-purpose halls, wind and rain playgrounds, canteens, outdoor sports fields and related supporting facilities, and plans to set up 36 teaching classes, which can accommodate 810 students.
