Why is it so difficult to ventilate this community?
It is understood that Nanqingli No. 23 Courtyard is located in the core area of the old city of Guancheng District, the community contains 3 buildings (2 slab buildings, 1 point building) and 2 independent bungalows, originally the family home of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, has a history of 35 years. Due to its geographical and historical problems, more than 100 households have not been able to use piped natural gas for a long time.
In order to completely solve the gas demand of residents in the community, the Zhengzhou China Resources Gas Zhengbian Road Customer Service Center Grid and the Nanguan Office Grid are connected at zero distance, and the community takes the lead in organizing and communicating and coordinating the opinions of residents, and Zhengzhou China Resources Gas is responsible for the construction, "The construction was carried out on April 15, and the first batch of ventilation was completed on the 26th, which created a record for the shortest time for installing natural gas in Zhengzhou. Zhengzhou China Resources Gas Zhengbian Road Customer Service Center is mainly responsible for the south of Jinshui River, east of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, north of Ring Expressway, and west of Zhongzhou Avenue-Airport Expressway, including railway station business district, Erqita business district, Duling old town, along the railway, shopping mall site area, etc., of which the old community accounts for 70%. Ma Bing has a deep understanding of the difficulty of installing natural gas in old residential areas.

Along the Bears Ears River, the reporter followed the horse soldiers zigzags into the No. 23 courtyard of Nanqingli, the community has not made relevant supporting planning before, from the engineering design began to be difficult, the road in front of the community is narrow, the internal buildings of the community are even more disorderly, the construction can not enter the crane and other large equipment, all rely on manual transportation of materials and construction operations, the construction is very difficult, the individual needs of residents who have lived for more than 30 years are more different, the indoor building pattern is not uniform, the difficulty of basic transformation is high, and it is necessary to communicate, coordinate and design and construct from house to house.

To this end, Zhengzhou China Resources Gas Co., Ltd. innovated and broke the situation, formulated an exclusive process flow and operation plan suitable for the old community, and adopted the design, construction and acceptance plan of "one household, one policy, one household, one case" to efficiently solve the installation problems.
At present, 107 households have successfully installed natural gas, and more than 90 households have been ventilated in the first batch. The remaining unventilated households are mainly due to the lack of gas cookers, and the follow-up will be replaced by the head of Zhengzhou China Resources Gas Grid according to the user's situation.

Although only more than 100 households have installed natural gas, Zhengzhou China Resources Gas attaches great importance to it and includes the problem of gas consumption in old residential areas in the annual work plan of "I do practical things for the masses".
Chen Yu, member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of Zhengzhou China Resources Gas, introduced that the natural gas installation project of Nanqingli No. 23 Yard is a milestone in the development of gas service management, which not only reflects the service concept of "people-centered", but also reflects the work concept of Zhengzhou Urban Management Bureau of "urban management for the people and serving the people", and solves the immediate needs of residents in an innovative way. The installation of natural gas in the old community is also a useful attempt and specific practice for Zhengzhou China Resources Gas to build a new customer service model based on party building leading the grid. As one of the pilot projects of the company's "I do practical things for the masses", we are orderly promoting the natural gas installation projects in other old communities, such as No. 4 Yard of Yanchang Back Street, No. 167, 173 and 177 Yards of Nanguan Street (jointly built by the three hospitals), focusing on responding to the demands of the masses and striving to quickly solve the problems of the people.
Based on these pilot experiences, Zhengzhou CR Gas will continue to optimize service efficiency, business paths, construction safety and quality, and refine a set of natural gas installation business processes for old residential areas that meet the requirements of Zhengzhou's urban renewal.
In the next step, Zhengzhou CR Gas will continue to carry out in-depth grid services from the perspective of government-enterprise linkage, co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and deeply integrate the 75 gas grids throughout the city with the grid-based grassroots governance model led by the party building in Zhengzhou, resonate at the same frequency and integrate multiple grids, and strive to build a grassroots gas service community, so as to better meet the needs of the people for a better life.
