In order to further improve the county's emergency response capacity for food safety emergencies, strengthen food safety emergency response work, establish and improve the emergency rescue system with sensitive command, rapid response and efficient operation, minimize the impact of food safety incidents, and promote the implementation of the "two responsibilities" of food safety. On April 11, an emergency drill for food safety emergencies (Level IV) in Baishui County was held in a school in the county.
Li Nan, deputy county magistrate of Baishui County People's Government and deputy director of the Food and Drug Safety Committee, Wang Yaofeng, member of the party group and deputy director of the Weinan Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Xue Yonggang, secretary of the party group and director of the County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and director of the Office of the County Food and Drug Safety Committee, attended the drill, and more than 220 people from relevant member units of the County Food and Drug Safety Committee participated in the observation exercise.
The emergency drill simulated a suspected food poisoning incident in a school in Baishui County. All relevant departments quickly organized and adopted measures such as early disposal, accident reporting, emergency response, command and coordination, and emergency response to ensure that all aspects of matters were properly handled. Through a simulated event, each link of the food safety accident is presented in turn, so that the on-site participants can understand the procedures, links, content and relevant details of the emergency response to the accident in a real scenario, and show the response and disposal procedures and processes of food safety emergencies in an all-round and multi-dimensional way, effectively improving the rapid response ability and emergency response ability of the observers and participants to food safety accidents.
At the same time, the drill is based on reality, close to the actual combat, for the future to deal with similar emergencies have accumulated valuable experience, to achieve the purpose of testing the plan, running-in mechanism, training the team, and truly achieved the goal of "promoting actual combat with drills, promoting improvement with actual combat", and popularized food safety emergency knowledge on the spot, and improved the awareness of food safety risk prevention and food safety emergency disposal ability of the whole society.
In his speech at the emergency drill, Li Nan pointed out that there is a long way to go to eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents and build a strong line of defense for food safety. The drill is not only a comprehensive test of Baishui County's response to sudden food safety accidents, government decision-making and command level, emergency rescue and disposal capabilities, but also a spur and incentive for the county's food safety work to make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the whitewater economy.
In his comments at the end of the drill, Wang Yaofeng spoke highly of the emergency drill for food safety emergencies (Level IV), and said that the emergency drill showed four results, one is to attach great importance to it, organize it well, take effective measures and smooth the process. It has achieved the purpose of inspecting the team, standardizing the process and improving the ability. Second, the theme is prominent and the scheme design is scientific. The handling of the accident is in accordance with laws and regulations, and meets the requirements of the emergency plan. The third is to pay attention to the actual combat and run-in mechanism, and train the teams at all levels. The whole exercise process has clear responsibilities, reasonable division of labor, fast and efficient linkage, which not only pays attention to actual combat, but also tests the plan. Fourth, the whole exercise was carefully planned and highlighted the interactivity. The expected effect of focusing on practice and combining drills has been truly realized. Through this exercise, it was fully demonstrated that Baishui County attaches great importance to food safety work.
