In order to further strengthen the supervision and management of the water ecological environment quality of rivers in Wolong District, and timely understand and grasp the status of the water ecological environment in the jurisdiction, the Wolong Branch of the Nanyang Ecological Environment Bureau, together with the District Environmental Protection Committee Office, the Water Conservancy Bureau, and the relevant sub-district offices, conducted a comprehensive investigation of the rivers in the urban area in three days.
According to different river sections, the patrol comprehensively adopts the forms of walking along the river, drone aerial photography, and on-site visits by community agencies to ensure full coverage of the investigation. Focus on checking whether there are problems around the river that may affect water quality, such as dumping garbage and waste, private fencing, direct sewage discharge, rain and sewage inseparable, and pipe network misconnection, and learn more about the comprehensive improvement and daily management and protection of the river environment in the urban area, and sample and monitor the inland river water section, so as to find out the bottom number, find and solve the problem in time. In view of the problems found in the inspection, the on-site personnel who can make changes will be assigned to the company. If it is not possible to institute reforms, establish a list of various problems that are identified, clarify the rectification measures, the time limit for completion, and the responsible units and responsible persons, so as to ensure that the problems identified are effectively rectified.
In the next step, the Wolong Branch will further strengthen the inspection and supervision of inland rivers, formulate inland water quality assessment methods, and establish a long-term inspection work mechanism. According to the analysis and judgment of the monthly water quality sampling and monitoring results, adhere to the problem-oriented, draw inferences from one case, take effective measures to strengthen supervision and rectification of the inland water environmental problems found in the investigation, and strive to improve the quality of the water ecological environment of inland rivers, so as to ensure the water ecological environment with clear water, green banks and beautiful scenery in the jurisdiction.
