In the city's only national "Fengqiao-style public security police station" - Baiyuan Police Station, Wang Ling conducted detailed exchanges and communication with the relevant person in charge of the institute on the innovative "community policing + psychological service" work model, and spoke highly of the experience and practice of effectively integrating the administrative resources of all parties, forming a diversified joint force, resolving all kinds of grassroots contradictions and disputes, effectively preventing the occurrence of "civil to criminal" and "criminal to life" cases and individual extreme cases, and properly resolving major risks.
Wang Ling demanded that the basic work of building a safe and secure society at the grassroots level in the whole city should truly establish a mechanism for joint investigation and joint offices, so as to achieve "flexible use," "people's regulation," "administrative mediation," and "judicial mediation"; to dig deep into the root causes of contradictions, party committees and governments at all levels should take the lead, relevant departments should make concerted efforts, and professional teams should be stationed there; and psychological counseling should be carried out in combination with "law, reason, and emotion," and the demands of the masses should be resolved in accordance with the law, so as to truly resolve contradictions and risks in the local area and resolve them in the bud.
