A few days ago, the signing ceremony of the framework cooperation for increasing operating income in Shuanggang Community, Chenjiang Street, Zhongkai High-tech Zone was held. At the scene, Shuanggang Community signed a contract with Shenzhen Nanbei Cultural Tourism Co., Ltd., and the two sides will cooperate to build a cultural and creative park project.

In order to implement the spirit of the 2024 Huizhou Organizational Work Conference, on the basis of a comprehensive survey and in-depth investigation of 8 communities in the jurisdiction, Chenjiang Sub-district actively draws on the advanced development experience of Shenzhen North Railway Station Community, Hongshan Community, Hangzhou City, Huzhou City and other places in Zhejiang Province, and carries out the work of increasing community operating income according to local conditions and in accordance with laws and regulations.
After preliminary research and feasibility study, this year, Chenjiang Street plans to carry out pilot work to increase community operating income in four communities, including Yuhu, Shuanggang, Zhixin and Jiazi. Among them, Shuanggang Community is the first community in the street to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with a third-party company.

It is reported that the Shuanggang Community Cultural and Creative Park project is located in the triangle of the intersection of Yuhu Road and Tiyu Road, covering an area of about 5,800 square meters. The community has introduced a third-party company to renovate and upgrade this idle land, which will create a cultural and creative garden integrating leisure greenways, tea coffee and fruit bars, book reading, cultural and creative craft displays, floral training, green gardening, and open-air lawns for the surrounding residents. The project is expected to generate 100,000 yuan of revenue for the community every year.

Next, Chenjiang Street will be based on the actual situation, according to the different resources of each community, choose the appropriate development path and business model, and steadily promote the pilot work of increasing community operating income. Persist in exploring while experimenting, establish and improve management methods for increasing community operating income, and strictly implement the supervision and daily standardized management of community operating income funds; Establish a community development committee, attract high-quality talents with financial background, business experience, and innovative thinking into the expert pool, mobilize them to participate in the income generation and operation of community operating income, and effectively enhance the vitality and resilience of community economic development.
