For example, in the evaluation and renewal of the "strong army craftsmen", the team formulated the assessment standards for the first time, and included factors such as work attitude and backbone role into the assessment scope. Squad leader Zhang was defeated precisely because of his inactive work attitude and inconspicuous role as a backbone in a period of time.

"Look at the results as well as the process." The reporter learned that the regiment organically combined process evaluation with result evaluation by refining 38 evaluation rules in 7 categories.

Take Ou Haifeng, the second-class sergeant of a certain maintenance squadron who was rated as a "strong army craftsman" this time, he is the youngest mechanical technician in the maintenance brigade.
