At the job fair, 55 recruiting companies provided nearly 2,000 positions, involving machinery manufacturing, biomedicine, housekeeping services, information technology, hotel management and other industries. Job seekers from the society and fresh graduates of Xianning Vocational and Technical College can learn about job categories, recruitment conditions, salaries and other conditions by watching recruitment display boards and brochures, on-site one-on-one consultation, etc.

The job fair was hosted by the Xian'an District People's Government, undertaken by the Xian'an District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and co-organized by the Xian'an District Public Employment and Talent Service Bureau and Xian'an Chunfeng Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. The job fair also introduced jobs to job seekers online in the form of live broadcasts, and set up a consultation desk to provide job seekers with employment consultation, employment guidance and other policy answer services on the spot. The job fair attracted nearly 500 job seekers to consult, of which 274 were interested in hiring. It is reported that in order to better meet the employment needs of job seekers and enterprises, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will carry out 4 online live broadcasts and 1 offline job fair every month to achieve accurate docking between job seekers and enterprises, and make every effort to ensure the stability of the employment situation.
