On the afternoon of April 8, the Longting District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau carried out a citizen delegation with the theme of "safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and building a harmonious employment environment". A delegation of 10 people went to the reception hall of labor and social security supervision in Longting District for a visit.
Through the detailed introduction of the staff in the reception hall, the members of the delegation learned about the responsibilities of the labor and social security supervision department of the Longting District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the law enforcement process of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and further understood the original intention and mission of the labor security supervision to be fair, open, efficient and convenient through in-depth understanding of the "Labor Law", "Labor Contract Law", "Labor Security Supervision Regulations", "Regulations on Guaranteeing the Payment of Wages to Migrant Workers" and other laws and regulations.
The delegation spoke highly of the labor and social security supervision work of the Longting District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and had in-depth exchanges with the staff of the bureau on further improving the resolution of labor disputes and improving the level of labor inspection and law enforcement.
