1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes
2. Add yeast water to knead the flour into a dough, and make a smooth dough, and let it ferment in a warm place (I put the noodles on the steaming drawer curtain with warm water underneath, and it will be fermented in 40 minutes)
3. Prepare the pork, black sesame seeds and onion
4. Finely chop the meat, add shallots, soy sauce, sesame oil, bun dumpling seasoning, cooking wine, chicken essence, salt, oyster sauce and vegetable oil, stir well in one direction
5. Add chopped onion and stir again
6. Knead the fermented dough and exhaust
7. Divide into uniform agents
8. Wrap in the filling and wrap the buns
9. Brush the pancake with a little oil, heat it, put in the bun, fry for a few minutes on low heat, heat until the bottom of the bun is yellow and crispy
10. Add some more water, add lid and heat over low heat until the soup is dry
