Shanghai Yongtai Garment Jinshan Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, under the leadership of Li Changhong, a small workshop composed of 35 people has gradually developed into a private enterprise with more than 20,000 square meters of factory buildings and more than 500 employees. At present, Yongtai company has become the largest high-end suit production base in Shanghai, and its main cooperative customers are world-famous large-scale clothing enterprises such as Uniqlo and JUST, and its products are exported to 25 countries, and it has been rated as one of the world's best factories of Uniqlo brand.
Over the years, Li Changhong has always regarded employees as relatives, put the construction of harmonious labor relations throughout the work of the enterprise, insisted on taking multi-dimensional care and care for employees as an important starting point for stabilizing the workforce and gathering the strength of employees, and promoted harmony with development, harmony with creation, harmony with stability, and harmony with culture, so as to promote the "win-win" of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees and promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise, and realized the development goal of "happiness Yongtai" of the enterprise. Under his leadership, the company strictly implements various national laws and regulations, signs labor contracts with employees at a rate of 100%, and on the basis of fully listening to the opinions of employees, it has successively formulated and promulgated several provisions on the incentive mechanism to encourage employees to innovate, the work system of collective wage negotiation of Yongtai Company, and the implementation rules for the issuance of various subsidies and condolence allowances by Yongtai Company, so as to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, cultivate and mobilize the innovation consciousness of all employees, protect the labor remuneration of employees in accordance with the law, and promote the harmony and stability of labor relations.
Yongtai Company strictly implements labor protection measures, implements special management of safety production, and implements safety production responsibilities at all levels. Through regular investigation of potential safety hazards, safety production education and training and other measures, the safety awareness of employees has changed from "I want to be safe" to "I want to be safe", and the self-restraint mechanism of safety production has been continuously improved. Over the years, the company has achieved zero accidents in safety production and zero accidents of occupational hazards, and in 2021, it successfully established a demonstration enterprise of safety culture in Shanghai. In addition, the company organizes physical examinations for all employees every year, organizes female employees to carry out special screening for "two diseases" on "March 8th Women's Day", and invites expert doctors from Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital and Shanghai Tongji Hospital to visit the company regularly to effectively protect the health of employees. In December 2023, the "Li Changhong Model Worker Innovation Studio" was named a municipal model worker studio by the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions. Under the leadership of Li Changhong, Yongtai company has fully mobilized the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in quality management, process innovation, technological reform, etc., and the team of "Model Worker Innovation Studio" has explored and formed the "Quota Standard for Men's Casual Suits and Trousers", and the labor and production costs of enterprises have decreased by 15%, and economic benefits have increased by 10% year-on-year. At present, the company's suit production ranks first in Shanghai, the output, output value and tax revenue have doubled in three years, and the income of employees has increased by 6% every year.
As the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Zhujing Town, Jinshan District, Li Changhong took the lead in the construction of harmonious labor relations in his own enterprises, while actively performing his duties and playing an exemplary and leading role, promoting the member units of the Chamber of Commerce to standardize labor and employment, and build harmonious and stable labor relations. In 2022, the Zhujing Town Chamber of Commerce was selected as the first batch of grassroots labor relations public service model stations in the country, and realized "one-stop" intensive services such as dispute mediation, rule of law training, and consultation and Q&A, making every effort to smooth the "last mile" of grassroots labor relations governance and services, and realizing full coverage of labor relations public services. Zhujing Town Chamber of Commerce has been awarded the "National Four Good Chamber of Commerce" for three consecutive years.
