Adhere to the original intention and make every effort to ensure the quality of the water environment
In its work, BEWG has always adhered to the business tenet of "customer as the source, innovation as the way", embodied the heart of "protection" with ingenuity, and won the recognition and praise of the government and citizens with practice.
The Dalingshan project has a treatment scale of 80,000 tons/day, adopts UCT biological treatment process + MBR membrane treatment process, and the effluent standard reaches the first-class A standard in GB18918-2002, and undertakes the responsibility of collecting and treating domestic sewage in Dalingshan Town, with a service area of about 95 square kilometers and a population of about 400,000 people. So far, the commercial operation has treated more than 475 million tons of domestic sewage, replenishing about 32 million tons of water for the Huangsha River every year, continuously improving the water environment quality of the Huangsha River, and contributing to the creation of a good living environment in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City.
At the beginning of 2023, the Dalingshan Project received a letter of commendation from the Dalingshan Branch of the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, commending the Dalingshan Project for its contribution to the strict implementation of various tasks to improve the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment facilities, and the good results of the city's first place in the city's annual comprehensive results in the expert group inspection organized by the Dongguan Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau in 2022.
Digital and intelligent integration to create a refined management model
As a flagship enterprise in the water industry, BEWG began to lay out smart water in 2017, building a smart brain BECloud in the cloud, and relying on this, it has formed a "1+N" smart management model of "radiating multiple water plants with one center", effectively improving management efficiency and providing practical experience for the development of water science and technology.
In 2018, in order to promote the reform of the management model of regional companies and the efficient management of large-scale assets, the Dalingshan Project carried out the construction of a water plant with few (no) people on duty, and took the lead in completing the intelligent transformation of the project, becoming the first group-type efficient and intelligent pilot water plant within BEWG. And through the establishment of the "1+N" smart water management model, the smart operation of "Internet of Things platform, big data analysis, intelligent management and control, human-machine collaboration, and mobile office" has been realized.
The construction of the smart water base of the Dalingshan project collects the dynamic information of the area through digital management tools and the industrial control system linked by the special line, realizes high-standard operation and maintenance, high-efficiency co-ordination, intelligent remote monitoring and alarm, and big data analysis and control, covering and empowering three sewage treatment plants with a total treatment capacity of 260,000 tons/day in the Dalingshan area, effectively improving quality and efficiency, and ensuring the efficient, stable and refined operation of the sewage plant.
Pioneering and innovating, taking multiple measures at the same time to help improve quality and efficiency
As one of BEWG's standardization demonstration plants, the Dalingshan project has completed the accumulation of scientific distribution and on-site measurement data, actively increased the research and development of proprietary monitoring equipment for the sewage treatment industry, and achieved an exploratory breakthrough from pilot to standardization construction and equipment research and development. At the same time, the Dalingshan project, together with BEWG Equipment Co., Ltd., has developed and applied intelligent perception, monitoring, mechatronics products and modern Internet of Things technology with BEWG's own intellectual property rights, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional automatic control and video systems, realizes all-round, penetrating perception, remote online inspection and whole-process intelligent control of the production site, replaces manual on-site inspection and operation, and greatly improves work efficiency.
BEWG has been actively contributing to the coordinated protection and governance of the ecological environment in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and building a safe and clean water environment.
