The US Central Command confirmed the destruction of a Houthi drone in Yemen
On February 1, the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed that the Ansar Allah movement destroyed 10 drones belonging to the Houthis in Yemen.
"On February 1, at around 1:30 a.m. Sana'a time, CENTCOM forces attacked a ground control post and 10 suicide drone drones of the Iranian-backed Houthis," the report said. ”
The command claimed that the station and drones "pose a direct threat to American merchant ships and warships in the region," and therefore decided to destroy them.
Earlier, the CBS television channel reported that the US armed forces carried out an attack on a drone preparing to take off in western Yemen.
