First, the first thing I do when I wake up every day is to drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach. After brushing your teeth, drink a glass of warm boiled water, your stomach is warm and comfortable.

Second, when making breakfast, do a 6-movement exercise. 1- Expand the chest on tiptoe, 2- Raise the arms and press the flanks, 3- Rub the abdomen clockwise, 4- Rub the chest and abdomen from top to bottom, 5- Comb the hair with both fingers, 6- Pat both elbows. 50 times of the above movements.

Third, one hour after breakfast, if the weather is bad, I will do Baduanjin in the study, and in 12 minutes, I will go to the community garden to do it when the weather is warm.

Fourth, after lunch, take a nap on the sofa, for about an hour, I don't sleep in bed, for fear that I can't get up from sleeping too comfortably, resulting in too long a sleep.

Fifth, after dinner, I would go for a walk on the running track by the river, listen to a book while walking, and try to walk 🚶 5,000 steps a day. The weather was bad, so I jogged on the elliptical at home.

Sixth, 1 hour before going to bed, I can't move to soak my feet in hot water, and it is very comfortable to soak my feet in winter.

The above is that I have developed a habit for health preservation, and sometimes if I don't do the same, I will feel uncomfortable, as if something is missing.

In addition to these, I will also drink some health tea, such as making sugarcane, red dates, wolfberry and ginger tea today to ward off the cold and strengthen the spleen and stomach. I usually make millet paste, walnut syrup, etc., roast sweet potatoes, yams and other coarse grains, and if it is fruit, I will steam ripe 🍎 apples.

Also, health care focuses on nourishing the heart, doing some favorite things will be in a good mood, just like me, every night before going to bed to read a book, see a good book review, when doing housework to listen to Fan Deng's lectures or Li Lei talk about classics, usually go to the city walk, take some beautiful photos, write headlines...... These are very beautiful things, and they also nourish the mind.
