The investigation found that Fan Yifei's secret channel for Chen Cang's wealth collection was mainly through an investment company run by his younger brother Fan Kan. Many businessmen cooperate with Fan Kan, but in fact, the people who invest are hidden behind him.
Fan Kan (Fan Yifei's younger brother): People won't take a fancy to me, mainly because of my brother's position, without my brother's relationship background, I, Fan Kan, am nothing.
Most of the bribes sent to Fan Yifei were not visible real money, but to provide an "investment" project, set up a financial product, and his brother's company would come forward to "invest" as a guise to make huge profits. Sometimes, the so-called "investment" does not pay money at all, but just signs a false agreement. A typical example is that Fan Yifei helped a businessman named Liu Qi to undertake a mobile banking related project, and at the same time, Fan Yifei's younger brother's company signed an "agreement" with Liu Qi's company, nominally to acquire part of the equity of Liu Qi's company, but in fact, Fan Kan did not pay a penny, that is, he received the dry shares given by Liu Qi for nothing.
Liu Qi (businessman involved in the case): The equity of the company is all directed at him (Fan Yifei), and his power is indeed very large in the field of his power, and he can accomplish many things.
Under the high-pressure situation of anti-corruption, the bribery channels are mutating invisibly, and the hunting methods of businessmen are also mutating invisibly. Liu Qi is a very representative example, in addition to Fan Yifei, he also co-opted and corrupted a number of leading cadres in the financial system. He believes that if he is naked and closes everything at the moment, it is easy to expose and scare people away, so he should turn to emotional investment and long-term investment, so that the other party does not feel dangerous, but feels happy.
Liu Qi: I think the main thing to maintain [relationships] is to be happy in the process of dating. It must be knowing what kind of hobbies he has, such as eating, dressing, and exercising, and I will cater to his preferences to do this with him.

As a large-scale integrated energy enterprise integrating coal mining, pithead power generation and railway transportation, it manages open-pit coal mines and coal preparation plants with an annual production capacity of 30 million tons, as well as a special railway line for coal transportation with an annual transportation capacity of 70 million tons. These are both high-quality and scarce resources.
Li Zhiyong: I am in charge of transporting coal, and the railway is just this line, which is a scarce resource. What about buying coal, sometimes coal is in short supply, and if you can't buy it, you have to find me. Where there is a lot of power, the road is slippery, and it is easy to fall, and they are all one and the same.
The resources and power in charge of the "top leaders" of state-owned enterprises make them often the target of hunting, and if they do not pay attention to being strict with themselves in their work style, it is easy to be corrupted by the wind, and Li Dong is very typical in this regard. Under Li Dong's care, no matter how tight the coal market is, Bu Tiesheng's company can always get coal first, and he reciprocates Li by buying a house and a car.
Bu Tiesheng: The original feeling is that the relationship between classmates is good, and when it comes to money, it is very embarrassing and vulgar. Later, since I gave the money, it seems that I have broken through that layer of shame, and pure friendship does not exist.
Li Dong: It is only from Zhungeer that he has to give him coal, so that he can do it, and if the coal is nervous, I will give him coal resources, which is to use the power in his hands.
In addition to coal resources, railway resources were also used by Li Dong for power and money transactions. A local private coal company lacked transportation capacity, so Li Dong was transferred to Li Dong, so Li Dong agreed to "cooperate" with the company and Zhungeer Company to build a new coal container station on the special railway line to ensure that the company's coal energy was transported first.
