So the husband drove the family to the Badaling Safari Park in Beijing, which is a natural ecological park built on the mountain and the largest wild ecological park in the mainland, with a wide variety of animals. Among them, there are many large wild animals such as tigers and lions.
In order to ensure the safety of visitors during the visit, the staff of the zoo will advise visitors of some precautions before entering the park, and will also sign a "Park Visitation Agreement".
However, Zhao Jing did not listen carefully to the staff's advice when buying tickets, and signed the "Garden Agreement" hastily without reading it carefully. After arriving in the park, before arriving at the Tiger Park, Zhao Jing was about to transfer with her husband, so she got out of the car, at this time, there was no danger, and Zhao Jing did not care about the warning signs around the park.
Ignoring the rules leads to tragedy

Seeing her daughter being dragged away by the tiger, Zhao Jing's mother did not hesitate to get out of the car, wanting to save her daughter from the tiger's mouth.
However, human strength is weak in the face of ferocious beasts after all, and Zhao Jing's mother exchanged her life for her daughter's possibility of life.
After the accident in the park, rescuers also rushed to the scene as soon as possible, dispersed the tiger, rescued Zhao Jing, and sent her to the hospital for treatment, but Zhao Jing's mother never came back. In November of the same year, Zhao Jing and her husband took Beijing Badaling Safari Park to court. and claimed a total of more than 1.54 million yuan for various expenses.
Regarding this accusation, Zhao Jing deliberately emphasized that she was not for money, but wanted the zoo management to have a long memory and figure out their responsibilities and obligations. Zhao Jing thought that she was a victim, and the law and public opinion would definitely be on her side, however, what she didn't expect was that as soon as this matter spread on the Internet, Zhao Jing was unanimously "crusaded" by netizens.
In the face of Zhao Jing's tragic experience, netizens not only did not express sympathy, but felt that she did not abide by the rules, how could she have the face to post this matter on the Internet, and also sued the zoo in court. Some netizens even said that Zhao Jing deserved it, and she should be responsible for her mother's death, and only a few netizens expressed sympathy for Zhao Jing's experience.
In response to Zhao Jing's accusation, Badaling Safari Park conducted a careful investigation into the incident, and the results of the investigation showed that before entering the park, the zoo staff had shown Zhao Jing and others the "Park Trip Agreement" and asked them to sign it, with white paper and bold black letters on it saying that it was forbidden to leave the private car. And Zhao Jing didn't read it carefully, but just signed it after a few hasty glances.
Before entering the park, the staff also reminded Zhao Jing and her family that in the beast park, the parking time should not be too long, do not open the car window, and do not open the door to get out of the car! For these reminders, Zhao Jing also entered with her left ear and went out with her right ear, and did not listen to them at all.
Moreover, yellow warning signs can be seen everywhere in the Tiger Park, so the park has fulfilled its responsibilities and obligations.
When Zhao Jing got out of the car, the driver of the rear car also honked to remind Zhao Jing, but the self-righteous Zhao Jing ignored it and still got out of the car by herself. This led to being dragged by the tiger, and Zhao Jing's mother died due to improper rescue measures, so the park does not need to bear any responsibility, and Zhao Jing is the responsible party.
In this regard, Zhao Jing's explanation was that she thought she had left the tiger park and was in the safety zone, which was caused by her own misjudgment.
It is the victim who is also the party responsible
Regarding Zhao Jing's statement, the judge and many netizens did not buy it, and netizens said: As an adult, don't you have the most basic judgment ability?
Even if it didn't, why didn't the park staff listen to the reminders so many times? Why break the rules? Now because of your own mistakes that your mother died, but you have to make the zoo pay, it's just shameless!
Not only that, Zhao Jing's personal information, work unit and other information were all fleshed out by netizens, and during that time, Zhao Jing not only had to face the pain of losing her mother, but also faced the crusade of netizens, which can be described as physically and mentally exhausting. In the end, Zhao Jing, as the responsible party, did not receive any compensation. Since then, Zhao Jing has also disappeared from public view.
Later, in a TV show, Zhao Jing said that the tragedy of the year was indeed her responsibility, even if her mother could forgive herself, she herself could not forgive herself. Because of that incident, Zhao Jing's life was greatly affected, her face was disfigured with dozens of stitches, and she could only live wearing a mask.
Moreover, due to the impact of the incident, she also lost her job, and it was difficult to find a stable job again, so she could only rely on part-time jobs without showing her face to make ends meet. Although many years have passed, her predicament and inner pain have not been alleviated much, and the scene of her mother being bitten by a tiger will linger in her mind for the rest of her life.
The ancients said that "no rules are not a circle", in the civilized modern city, the rules are everywhere, and people need to abide by them all the time, but there are always some people who try to break the rules with a fluke mentality, do not abide by the rules, once or twice taste the sweetness and think that they can not abide by the rules, but they don't know that they will harm themselves in the long run, Zhao Jing is the best example.
People often think that all kinds of rules are used to restrain them, but in fact, these rules are to protect them, and if they ignore the rules and break the rules, they will eventually pay the corresponding price!
