"The design length of the last hole of the Dadiwan Aqueduct is 42 meters, and the design concrete volume is 725 cubic meters. The last hole of the Dadiwan Aqueduct was successfully poured, marking the perfect conclusion of the longest aqueduct of the first phase of the Xiangjiaba one-step project, the Dadiwan Aqueduct. With a total length of 630 meters and a total of 15 spans, the Dadiwan Aqueduct is one of the major and difficult projects and control projects of the first phase of the Xiangjiaba project. The construction safety risk of the project is the highest and the construction is difficult.
"The aqueduct has four significant features, the first is that the structure section is large, the height is 9.7 meters, the width is 9.8 meters, the design flow rate is 93 cubic meters per second, the thinnest part of this structure is only 35 centimeters, which is relatively rare in China. The second is that the entire overhead height is high, with a maximum overhead height of 42 meters. The third is that the structural prestressing system is complex, with a total of 179 bundles of prestressing in the longitudinal and circumferential direction of a single hole groove, which is equivalent to 179 bundles of rubber bands wrapped in a thin egg skin to increase the stability of the structure. The fourth is the large load, the weight of the single-span trough body is more than 1,800 tons, and it can reach more than 4,000 tons under the condition of being filled with water, which is more than twice the weight of the high-speed railway beam. During the construction process, the construction party worked together to overcome the construction difficulties, and it took half a year to do the 1:1 prototype simulation test and flushing and discharge test of the Dadiwan Aqueduct before the start of construction to verify the safety of the structure and the feasibility of the scheme.
It is understood that the first phase of the North Main Canal Project in Xiangjiaba Irrigation District is one of the 172 major water conservancy projects for water conservation and water supply determined by the State Council, and is an important part of the backbone water network of our province. The project is divided into a one-step project and a two-step project, and the first phase of the one-step project is currently progressing in an orderly manner.
"So far, 92 of the 94 main tunnels have been penetrated, 5.27 kilometers of aqueducts have been completed, and 23 kilometers of buried pipes have been completed. In general, 95% of the construction tasks have been completed so far in the first phase of the Xiangjiaba project, and it is expected to be fully completed in August this year, with water conditions.
