At the construction site of the second phase of the PVC plastic flooring project with an annual output of 20 million square meters of Zeruitang New Material Technology (Guangyuan) Co., Ltd., workers are installing pipes and plastering walls in an orderly manner, which is a busy construction scene.
According to the company's deputy manager Kou Qinying, the first phase of the project has been successfully put into operation, the second phase of the No. 3 and No. 4 plant and the main body of the warehouse have been completed, and the construction of the auxiliary buildings and the sewage pipeline network in the plant area is also speeding up, and it is expected to be fully put into use by the end of June.
Zeruitang New Material Technology (Guangyuan) Co., Ltd., as the first enterprise in the western region integrating R&D, production and sales of plastic flooring, has a total investment of 360 million yuan, covering an area of about 150 acres, building a production plant of about 50,000 square meters, and supporting the construction of office complexes, R&D exhibition centers, shift rooms and other facilities.
"In order to meet the market demand, the company will add production lines such as PVC flooring, sports flooring, and homo-transparent flooring, and the products will be widely used in shopping malls, homes, sports venues and other places." According to Kou Qinying, Zeruitang has completed the commissioning of the commercial coil production line, and is expected to launch the sports floor production line by the end of this year, and the entire project is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 500 million yuan and solve the employment of more than 300 people.
Not far from Zeruitang, Meishijia (Sichuan) Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. is also busy, and workers are busy with the construction of the main envelope structure at the construction site of the company's smart home project with an annual output of 1 million sets.
"The project covers a total area of 213.39 acres, with a planned total construction area of 200,000 square meters, and is planned to be completed and put into operation within three years." Chen Xing, the production manager of the project, introduced that the main structure of the first phase of the project has been completed, and more than 50 people on the site are working overtime every day to construct the main envelope structure, which is expected to be completed in mid-June.
