According to the current fresh milk prices in major dairy provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the survey of the estimated price in the fourth quarter, combined with the current implementation of the price of fresh milk in Shaanxi Province and the prejudgment of the market situation in the fourth quarter, after consulting the opinions of the members of the Fresh Milk Price Consultative Committee, the reference price of fresh milk transaction in the province in the fourth quarter of 2021 was determined through consultation: the benchmark price was 4.5 yuan / kg, on this basis, it can be floated up and down by 5%, encouraging high-quality and preferential prices. The implementation period is from October 1 to December 31, 2021.
