This year, through the combination of "theoretical training + on-site practical operation + after-school teaching materials", Heshui County focuses on the opening and operation of online stores, post-conversion, video editing, etc., and teaches promotion and operation skills through teaching methods such as example analysis and on-site discussion, so as to broaden the e-commerce development ideas of the masses and further enhance the comprehensive ability of rural e-commerce talents. Up to now, the county has carried out 18 sessions of e-commerce talent training, training more than 700 people in total.
In recent years, Heshui County has focused on the shortcomings and bottlenecks of rural e-commerce development, taking the implementation of e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration projects as an opportunity to integrate resources and project funds, relying on Heshui County E-commerce Pioneer Park to set up e-commerce public service centers, express sorting centers, online goods processing centers and other e-commerce service areas, further improve the county-level e-commerce comprehensive public service system, and solve the problem of agricultural products upstream, rural logistics, E-commerce talent training and other issues, enhance the comprehensive strength of the county's e-commerce, promote the increase of farmers' income and farmers' consumption, and help rural revitalization.
It is understood that the county has built 66 county, township and village public service centers (stations) and 93 county, township and village logistics distribution centers (stations). As of the end of November, the e-commerce transaction volume reached 343 million yuan, and the online sales of agricultural products reached 112 million yuan.
