In order to promote the development of rural revitalization, Mantong Town explored a new development model of "organization + talent + capital", established an e-commerce "Gongfu Workshop", and opened up the three links of "who will broadcast live, where and what to broadcast live" in one fell swoop, helping traditional enterprises to develop e-commerce sales channels and increase the income of village collectives, enterprises and villagers.
Adhere to the leadership of party building and bring back talents from abroad
At the beginning of this year, Mantong Town held 2 town-level talent exchange meetings and 12 village-level talent symposiums, and established a talent pool of more than 200 people. Through precise docking, 8 rural revitalization partners were selected, among which Song Runqing, a party member of Beishan Village, worked in Linyi Haitang Group, whose team has been engaged in the e-commerce industry for many years, and has several anchors with millions of fans.
Build a cooperation platform to cultivate e-commerce talents
From January to March 2024, Song Runqing's team relied on the live broadcast e-commerce base of the comprehensive position of party building to carry out three free sessions of "e-commerce training empowering rural revitalization talents" theme training in the town party school, including short video shooting skills, live broadcast delivery skills, case analysis, live broadcast actual combat and other content, with more than 300 beneficiaries, of which 26 people can broadcast independently, including 2 people with physical disabilities and 5 poverty alleviation households, and the conversion rate of the number of independent live broadcasts is 8.7%.
Integrate agricultural capital to help rural revitalization
The incubation base of Mantong Town's e-commerce "Gongfu Workshop" closely focuses on the development and expansion of the agricultural economy, and has signed cooperation agreements with many local agricultural companies such as the Hometown Crop Professional Planting Cooperative, Hengju Food Co., Ltd., and Taibai Xingzhan Agricultural Trade Co., Ltd., and set up sub-bases in Nanwu Shanxi Village, Achengpu Village, Xu Village, Xijian New Village and other party and mass service centers to promote the development of online sales of agricultural products in Mantong Town. Up to now, the "Gongfu Workshop" sells more than 5,000 orders of agricultural products every day, with daily sales of 100,000 yuan, realizing that the village collective, the villagers have income, and the enterprise has increased income.
