The statement said that recently, some localities have reported that some organizations and personnel have carried out so-called inspection activities in enterprises in the name of the "ecological environment inspector" of the ecological environment supervision network.
In this regard, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said that the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has never had any form of contact with the ecological environment monitoring network, and has never authorized or entrusted "ecological environment inspectors" to carry out inspection activities.
At the same time, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment pointed out that a special ecological environment law enforcement label has been issued, and comprehensive administrative law enforcement personnel for ecological environmental protection must present the administrative law enforcement certificate of the People's Republic of China for entering the enterprise.
The Ministry of Ecology and Environment reminds all localities and units to be vigilant and beware of being deceived.
