Lisu men mostly wear linen long shirts or short shirts, knee-length trousers, some places tied white waists, leg guards, green cloth or white cloth heads, and quiver hanging from the waist; Some have long hair wrapped around the back of their heads. Lisu women have three titles: white, black and flower Lisu due to the different colors of their clothing. White and black Lisu women in the Nu River area of Yunnan Province wear right-hand blouses and long linen skirts; Married women wear large copper earrings and coral bead headdresses, and some also wear chest ornaments such as onyx, sea shells, and silver coins. The costumes of Lisu women are very beautiful and generous. There are two main styles: one is a short shirt on the top, a skirt is worn below, the skirt and ankles, and there are many pleats in the skirt; The other wears a short shirt and pants under it, and a small apron is tied at the front and back of the pants.
The Lisu people living in the Nu River are like everyone, every New Year's festival, every festival day, the big guys will wear festive costumes, in the Nu River, there are more traditional festivals, but the most lively is the "broad season", because the "broad season" is the Spring Festival of the Lisu people.
After more than 20 years of construction, "Kuashi Festival" has become the largest national festival in Nujiang Prefecture, with distinct cultural characteristics, "Kuashi Festival" during the "Kuashi Festival" has singing, dancing, crossbow shooting, swinging and other activities, and now you can also see canoe competitions, many top kayak masters and excellent kayakers participate.
