A total of 174 samples of mooncakes were sampled in the city, including 56 from production enterprises and 118 from retail units such as supermarkets and food stores. The samples involved many brands produced by enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei and other places, such as Xinghualou, Xinya, Qiaojiazha, Gongdelin, Maxim's and so on.
Sampling results
All 173 samples met the relevant food safety standards, 1 sample was unqualified, and the pass rate of supervision and sampling was 99.4%. The unqualified product is a Su-style bean paste mooncake produced by Zhangjiagang Fangjinji Food Co., Ltd. and sold by Junya Food Store in Yangpu District, Shanghai.
