"No matter what category, we must insist on driving innovation, and it is driven by consumer value, which can enable our dairy and consumer goods industry to achieve better growth," Lu Minfang emphasized.
For the high-quality development of the dairy industry, we must also think about digital intelligence transformation and accelerate the embrace of the wave of digital intelligence. Lu Minfang cited Mengniu Ningxia's All Intelligent Chemical Factory, and used the output of "100 people and 10 billion tons" as an example, pointing out that in order for the dairy industry to develop with high quality, it is necessary to break boundaries and think in all dimensions, to imagine "what a production and supply chain looks like".
"The Ningxia factory has formed a truly digital ecosystem, fully opening up the supply chain, truly allowing employee reactions and external orders to come in, and becoming completely customer-oriented," Lu Minfang said, adding that digital intelligence will completely change the production format and greatly improve the energy efficiency and human efficiency of the industry.

ESG green development is also crucial. Lu Minfang said that in the context of the gradual advancement of international methane data monitoring, global methane emissions and corporate ESG value will soon become open and transparent, so if they want high-quality development, Chinese dairy enterprises must firmly promote green development.
How to implement the green development of the dairy industry? Lu Minfang said that China's green energy, cost and utilization rate are the world's leading in this situation, the dairy industry should actively respond to the challenge of carbon neutrality "scope three", on the one hand, it depends on whether consumers are willing to pay for such a concept, on the other hand, it depends on whether Chinese dairy enterprises are willing to invest.
Lu Minfang stressed that Mengniu is firmly determined to develop green. "Chinese dairy companies are responsible, and since 1999, China's milk prices have not increased significantly in the context of global inflation. I believe that using the concept of green development to promote related work can also achieve such goals."
