method
1 Wash and peel the carrots and rub them into strips with a wire wiper; control the dry water after washing the mung bean sprouts; smash the eggs into a bowl and beat them well with chopsticks; peel the garlic, wash and press them into garlic puree with a garlic press; wash and cut the chives into green onions.
2 Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, then add the fresh noodles to cook.
3 Cool the cooked noodles in cool boiling water and remove the controlled dry water.
